UPD: Today I want to thank you for supporting kids in Ukraine and exchanging your cup of coffee for fruits for kids.

Thank you for fruits donation to community for kids with special needs in Ukraine

Together we collected 250 Euros - enough to provide 240 kilos of fruits! To make sure that kids will receive fresh fruits we made 2 sets of bananas, peaches and nectarines.

Thanks to you, 60 kids with special needs in the small Ukrainian city Horishni Plavni received fruit packages twice (July 15, July 29 2023).

Thank you Katerina, Malia, Tetiana and Andriy, Sybille and Piet, Vlada and Sergiy, Aytaç, Nataliia, Ebru, Olena, Gizem, Elena, Sibel from Türkiye, USA, Belgium, Malta and Ukraine.

Call for donations: let's get fruits for kids in Ukraine!

Today - surprisingly - I am with a cup of coffee. Because today is my birthday and I want to ask you for a present. But not for me: I have a friend Hanna and she works with special kids in Ukraine. There are around 60 families in their community "Nizhnist".

If today you skip buying just one cup of coffee and donate 2-3 euros or like 50-60 Turkish liras, this means that 1 kid can get at least 1 kilo of fruit. More donations - more fruits for these kids in Ukraine.

Let’s do this present together!

Let's make a difference, even a small one, like a 1 kilo of fruits for 1 kid instead of one cup of coffee. Actually, I don't think it is small. It is good! I actually think, this is the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.

Merhaba arkadaşlar,

Bugün istisna olarak, bir kahve fincanı ile size sesleniyorum. Çünkü bugün benim doğum günüm ve bir hediye almak isterdim... Ama benim için değil: bir arkadaşım Hanna Ukrayna'da özel çocuklarla çalışıyor. Yaklaşık 60 aile ve çocuklarına yarım sağlıyorlar.

Bugün ne olur bir fincan kahve almayıp 50-60 lira gibi küçük bir bağış yaparsanız, Ukrayna’da bir çocuk için en az 1 kilo meyve alınabilir.

Daha fazla bağış - Ukrayna'daki çocuklar için daha fazla meyve demektir.

Bu hediyeyi birlikte yapalım diye istedim. Bir amaç için yaşamak, sadece tüketmek değil, aynı zamanda ihtiyacı olanlara yardım etmek ve küçük de olsa bir fark yaratmak, hepimiz için en güzel hediye değil mi bu?
