The Character of Wine - explained by Oz Clarke OBE & Caro Maurer MW

While wine education doesn't really cover this term, it is widely used by wine experts. So I asked the true wine stars, what it is - the Wine Character?

I had the opportunity to talk about wine to almost wine god and goddess - world-renowned wine experts Oz Clarke OBE & Caro Maurer MW, while they visited the “Challenging Master Classes” tasting in Istanbul on May 28 – 29, 2022.

While working on WSET Diploma I never found this term to be used officially in the studying books. But the best wine experts of the world always use this term. So, what is the Character of Wine?
