The Arcadia Vineyards project was born as a multidisciplinary project focusing on high quality wine production, agriculture and tourism, setting an example for a new concept of vacation, lifestyle and luxury developed with the principle of sustainability. At Arcadia Vineyards, the grapes are harvested by hand at the first light of the morning and processed in the winery located in the vineyards without waiting in accordance with the “Castle Type” production. The grapes are hand-selected again in the winery and each parcel separately fermented in small-volume tanks with the microvinification method.
